this object is a slip cast cup

these pieces are seconds meaning they are slightly flawed and are FINAL SALE - this vessel has some small surface imperfections in the glaze and a chip on the bottom, it is still structurally sound, food safe and functional

each piece is made by hand, so please allow for variation within the material and from piece to piece.  this piece is meant to be used and is sturdy enough for casual use, but should be treated with care.  

This vessel is glazed on the inside and will hold water, though due to the semi porous nature of the stoneware, some sweating or condensation may occur on the bottom of the piece.
